Terms and Conditions of Sale of the Exclusive Terms of Sale

I understand and agree that MTJ American has performed a service and is providing materials manufactured by MTJ American for my and/or for the benefit of the company for which I work. I understand and agree that MTJ American is permitting me to pay by check without confirming in advance that the check will clear and/or checking credit references. In the event that the check does not clear, I stop payment on the check or fail to pay in full the amount owed to MTJ American, then I understand and agree that I shall pay all costs to collect, including but not limited to attorney fees, by MTJ American. I understand that MTJ American shall charge 1.5% interest per month (or the highest rate permitted by law) and that MTJ American shall be entitled to liquidated damages of an amount equal to double the amount of the bill. I further understand and agree that this document is written evidence of a debt pursuant to N.C.G.S. §6-21.2. All MTJ American mattresses include a warranty against manufacturing defects.
